Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped after 1 to 2 days of being received. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for shipping, occasionally it may take a bit longer due to production volume however we always do our very best to make it up to our customers if something arises.

We use carrier based rates in all shipping that is provided through our website and our costs include insurance coverage as well as tracking to ensure that our customers are able to follow the status of their deliveries and ensure it arrives safely. If you are ordering from outside of Canada please note that we do not cover customs fees and this is solely up to the customer to do so.

To reduce waste in our store and because of the nature of our production fulfillment processes, Before Contact Clothing does not offer Refunds, Returns or Exchanges of any kind on any items offered for sale in our store.

It is the sole responsibility as the customer to use the sizing charts where applicable on our clothing products to verify the correct size before placing an order. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences and there are no exchanges, returns or refunds for buyer's remorse.
